A 10x20 pop-up canopy covers a dining area for 20–30 guests. A 20x20 frame tent comfortably fits 40–50 guests. For 60–100 guests, a 20x40 frame tent is the right call. When in doubt, go slightly larger — a tent with breathing room is significantly more comfortable than a cramped one.
What is the difference between a pop-up canopy and a frame tent?

Do I need a tent for an evening party?
Not necessarily — once the sun sets, shade becomes irrelevant and open-sky evening parties with string lights can be beautiful. Tents are most valuable for daytime events between 10am and 4pm when sun and heat are the main comfort factors.
Do you deliver tents to parks in Carlsbad and Encinitas?
Yes — we regularly deliver canopies and frame tents to public parks throughout North County San Diego. Most parks require a reservation for events with equipment — confirm your reservation window and we'll coordinate delivery to arrive within it.
