Delivery is a flat rate based on distance from our Carlsbad warehouse: $50 for up to 5 miles, $75 up to 10 miles, and $90 up to 15 miles. A minimum order of $100 (excluding security deposit) is required to qualify for delivery. Need delivery beyond 15 miles? Reach out and we'll see what we can do. Prefer to handle transport yourself? Complimentary pickup and dropoff is always available at our Carlsbad warehouse — no fee, no minimum.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We typically deliver 1–2 hours before your event start time and pick up within 2 hours after it ends. Exact times are confirmed when you book.
Do you deliver to addresses outside your standard service area?
Our primary service area covers Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Vista. For locations just outside this area, contact us — we accommodate many nearby zip codes and will confirm availability.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries take 30–60 minutes depending on the package size. Larger orders with tents may take longer. We coordinate the delivery window so everything is unloaded and any instructions confirmed before your guests arrive.
